Estimated business days from dispatch to door: Greece 3–5, EU (excl. Greece) 5–10, non-EU Europe 7–14. Peak periods and customs handoffs can add 2–3 days on top of the upper bound. Every parcel ships with a carrier tracking number — the URL is emailed the day it leaves our hub.

How much is shipping, and is there a free-shipping threshold?

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination country and parcel weight. Greek domestic orders over €49 and EU customs-union orders over €79 ship free of charge; below the threshold the carrier rate is shown before you pay. There is no surcharge for split orders.

Which carriers does VEGER POWER ship with?

We ship Greek domestic orders via ACS Courier and ELTA, intra-EU via DHL Express and DPD, and non-EU Europe via DHL Express with the appropriate customs clearance service. The carrier is selected by destination and parcel weight at dispatch — you see the tracking URL for the carrier that handles your parcel the same day it is scanned out.

PD 3.1 (USB-C, up to 240W Extended Power Range) is the right match for USB-C laptops, MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, Steam Deck and any device that negotiates wattage over Type-C. QC 4.0+ (USB-A or USB-C, up to 100W) is the right match for flagship Android phones with PPS, legacy USB-A accessories, and in-car chargers with mixed cables. How long does a VEGER POWER power-bank battery last?

A lithium-ion cell pack is rated for 500–800 full charge cycles to 80% of nameplate capacity, which translates to roughly 2–3 years of daily commute use or 1–2 years of full-day travel use before you see measurable capacity loss. Capacity loss is normal wear, not a defect — the warranty covers manufacturing faults and the EU legal guarantee covers lack of conformity for two years from delivery.

Which GaN wattage do I need — 30W, 45W, 65W or 100W?

Match the wattage to the highest-draw device you'll plug in: 30W for a phone or pair of earbuds, 45W for an iPad or a small laptop on the road, 65W for a 13-inch laptop at full speed plus a phone on the second port, and 100W for a 15–16-inch laptop plus a phone or tablet at the same time. Going one tier higher than you need today is normally the right call — the brick doesn't force extra wattage, both ends agree on what the device actually asks for.

What's the difference between the 12-month and the 24-month warranty?

Every VEGER POWER product ships with at least a 12-month limited warranty. The flagship line — K-series power banks, Tank Boost power banks at 30,000 mAh or higher, and the GaN II PD 3.1 wall chargers — extends that to 24 months against manufacturing defects. Cables, stands and single-port wall chargers stay at 12 months. The clock on the commercial warranty runs from the date on your invoice, not from the date you re-gifted the unit.

How do I file a warranty claim or RMA?

Send four pieces to vegerpower@polsia.app: your order ID or invoice, the serial number printed on the back of the unit, a short description of what is happening (when it started, how often, what you tried), and a photo or short video of the issue. The support team replies within one business day with the next step — replacement, repair or refund. Verified defects are replaced with a new unit at no shipping cost on the replacement leg.

What is the returns window and how does the return process work?

30 days from the delivery date for items in unopened or resellable condition — original packaging, accessories and any free gifts included in the order. Start the return from your veger.gr order page if the unit was bought there; for resellers' channels, the standard return shipping is your responsibility unless the listing states otherwise. Refund timing matches your payment method's usual clearing cycle, typically 5–10 business days after we receive the unit. Defective units and DOA's are not bound by this window — they fall under the warranty and are handled separately.

What are my EU and Greek consumer rights on a VEGER POWER purchase?

EU Directive 2019/771 (the Sale of Goods Directive) and Greek consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994, as amended) both give you a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity on top of — not instead of — the commercial warranty above. Concretely: a right of repair at no cost, a right of replacement if repair fails, and a right of price reduction or contract termination if neither restores conformity. EU Directive 2011/83/EU also gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases, provided the unit is returned in the same condition you received it. Cross-border EU returns and warranty replacements are covered under the WEEE chain — no extra customs duties apply.

Capacity in mAh vs weight — which power-bank class fits which use?

Capacity scales with weight: a 10K mAh pocket top-up sits around 180 g and is the right size for one phone over a commute; the 20K–27K mAh travel class lands between 400–600 g and covers a phone plus a tablet across a full day; the 30K–56K mAh power-station class runs 800 g to 1.2 kg and is what you want for a multi-day trip or for charging a laptop on the road in addition to a phone. Higher-capacity cells cost more than they weigh — a 45K power bank at ~900 g is the right size for a multi-device trip, a 56K at ~1.2 kg for a family or off-grid weekends. Below 10K you'll end up charging nightly on a heavy-use day; above 56K the unit drags into the check-luggage territory for most airlines, not the cabin. Pick the class by the longest window you actually need, not by maximum capacity.

Compatibility with MacBook, iPhone, iPad, Steam Deck and other laptops?

MacBook Air (USB-C, 30–45 W) and iPad Pro (USB-C, 30–45 W) negotiate cleanly off a 45W or higher GaN charger. MacBook Pro 13-inch pulls up to 61 W over USB-C PD; anything from a 65W GaN II brick up keeps it topped up at full speed. 15-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro want 96–140 W — the GaN II 100W and the 140W PD 3.1 power-bank classes are the right match. iPhone 15 Pro and later pull 20–27 W over USB-C PD (PPS, where supported), so any 30W+ charger fast-charges them; older iPhones on Lightning need a USB-C-to-Lightning cable and top up at 20 W. Every portable battery VEGER POWER ships falls under EU Battery Directive 2006/66/EC and carries the crossed-bin symbol on its label. Greek HMMRA accepts that symbol as the take-back mark — free of charge, no customs duties on a cross-border return, no paperwork required from you at the drop-off. Drop a unit at any of: a municipal WEEE / battery depot (yellow bin or hazardous-waste open day), a retail collection counter at any reseller selling more than 100 kg of portable batteries per year, or, for Greek and EU buyers, return it to the same channel it was bought from. We route warranty-replaced units to the recycling stream logged on the UN38.3 certificate; tape the contacts before you move a swollen or damaged cell so the depot can sort it safely. Postal returns to the address in the in-box paperwork are also accepted — covered by Greek HMMRA.

GaN vs non-GaN chargers — what does GaN actually change?

A traditional silicon charger uses silicon transistors in the switching stage; they switch at lower frequencies, so the transformer, magnetics and heatsink are physically larger. A GaN (Gallium Nitride) charger uses GaN transistors that switch at higher frequencies with lower switching losses — smaller magnetics and a smaller heatsink deliver the same wattage. In practice: a 65W GaN II brick is roughly the size of a 30W silicon brick from three years ago, and runs cooler under sustained laptop charging. That's why the entire flagship VEGER POWER wall-charger lineup is GaN II now — smaller form factor, lower waste heat, slower thermal throttling on a sustained load. Non-GaN chargers are not worse on wattage or safety; they are just bigger and heavier for the same wattage, which is the trade-off for travel-kit pricing if you don't mind the extra bulk.
