Replies within one business day

After-sales support, warranty and returns — answered.

Everything that happens after you press buy: what the warranty covers (and what it does not), what to do if your charger or power bank arrives damaged or stops working, and how to reach a human. Submit the form below and the VEGER POWER support team will reply within one business day.

Warranty · Coverage

What the warranty covers, and for how long.

A 12-month limited warranty is included with every VEGER POWER product. The flagship line — K-series and Tank Boost power banks at 30,000 mAh and above — extends coverage to 24 months. The dates below are read from the serial number printed on the back of every unit, not from the date you re-gifted it.

Included under warranty
Defects and failures the manufacturer will repair or replace.
  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use — a connector that loosens, a port that stops negotiating PD, a cell that refuses to balance.
  • Manufacturing faults that surface during ordinary operation — switches that fail, displays that go dark, fans that stop on a GaN brick.
  • Battery cell faults inside the first 30 days of use, even past the rated cycle life — handled out of cycle-life rules.
  • The flagship extension applies automatically when the serial number matches a K-series or a Tank Boost power bank ≥ 30,000 mAh.
What is not covered
Situations that fall outside the manufacturer warranty.
  • Physical damage from drops, liquid ingress, cracked housings, or bent pins on USB-C ports.
  • Use with unauthorized third-party cables, chargers, or adapters that are not USB-IF certified at the wattage claimed.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, firmware modification, or opening of the cell pack on a power bank.
  • Cosmetic wear — scratches, scuffs, dents on the chassis — that does not affect function.
  • Consumables past the manufacturer's published limit — cable jackets that fray, cell packs past their rated cycle life.

How to file a claim

Gather these four pieces, then send them in. Support replies within one business day with the next step — replacement, repair, or refund.

  1. The order ID, invoice, or other proof of purchase — receipt, confirmation email, or retailer order page is fine.
  2. The product serial number — printed on the back or underside of the unit, or on the box label if the label is still legible.
  3. A short description of what is happening — when it started, how often it happens, and what you have already tried.
  4. A photo, or a short video, of the issue — vegerpower@polsia.app.
Returns · Exchanges

Returning a unit that is not defective.

30 days from the delivery date for items in unopened or resellable condition. Defective units and DOA's are not bound by this window — they fall under the warranty above and are handled separately.

The 30-day window
Resellable, unopened, or as-described-different.
  • Items must be in unopened or resellable condition — original packaging, accessories, and any free gifts included in the order.
  • Orders placed through veger.gr return through that channel — start the return from your order page. Other resellers' policies apply; we will help you diagnose regardless of where you bought it.
  • Refund timing matches your payment method's usual clearing cycle — typically 5–10 business days after we receive the unit back.
Replacement vs. refund
When the defect is verified, you choose.
  • Verified defects are replaced with the same SKU when stock allows — otherwise with an equivalent model of equal or higher value.
  • A full refund is offered on request in place of a replacement — no fee, no restocking charge on verified defects.
  • For non-defective returns in the 30-day window, the standard return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the listing explicitly states otherwise.

Looking for help deciding whether it is a defect or a user-fit issue? Mail with a couple of lines about what you tried and what you saw — most questions are answered the same day.

Damaged · Defective

What to do when the box arrives broken.

Three failure modes — DOA on arrival, visible shipping damage, and a fault after first use — and the procedure for each.

DOA — dead on arrival
The unit does not power on, does not negotiate charging, or arrives inoperable in any other way. Contact within 7 days of the delivery date — we send a pre-paid replacement first, and the carrier picks up the original.
Visible shipping damage
Refuse the parcel at delivery if the carton is crushed, punctured, or open, OR accept it and photograph the damage within 48 hours — we file the carrier claim and replace the unit.
Functional defect after first use
The unit worked, then it did not. Follow the above — order ID, serial, a short description, and a photo or short video. Replies arrive within one business day.

Battery cell fault within the first 30 days

If a power bank's cell pack fails inside the first 30 days, we replace the unit out of cycle-life rules — no questions about charge habits, no need to run a battery report. Photograph any visible swelling and send it through the contact form below.
