Coverage period

Limited warranty period, by category.

The clock on the commercial warranty runs from the date printed on your invoice. The flagship line — K-series power banks and Tank Boost power banks at 30,000 mAh and above — gets a 24-month window; everything else ships with 12 months as the baseline. Cables, stands and wireless chargers are covered for 12 months.

Battery cells

What the warranty covers — and what it does not — for battery cells.

A power bank's cell pack is treated under the same warranty period as the rest of the unit, but manufacturing defects and normal wear are different things. Here is what counts as a defect and what does not.

Covered — manufacturing defects
Defects in materials and workmanship inside the cell pack.

Cell packs are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the full warranty period — cell imbalance that surfaces in normal use, a pack that refuses to charge past a fixed percentage, swelling attributable to a manufacturing fault, or a pack that drops charge without a paired device attached. The clock is the warranty window of the SKU (24 months on flagship, 12 months on the rest).

Not covered — cell capacity wear
Normal cycle-life wear is not a defect.

Loss of usable capacity from regular charge and discharge cycles is not a defect — it is expected wear on every lithium-based chemistry. Drops in nameplate capacity after 300, 500, or 1,000 cycles do not, on their own, qualify as a defect and are not covered under the commercial warranty. Swelling within 30 days of the original purchase date is treated as a manufacturing fault and replaced under the 30-day cell clause in /support.

EU consumer rights

The 2-year EU legal guarantee — runs in parallel with the commercial warranty.

Under EU Directive 2019/771 (the Sale of Goods Directive) and the applicable national consumer protection law in your country, every buyer in the EU carries a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity on top of — not instead of — the VEGER POWER commercial warranty.

EU Directive 2019/771 establishes a 2-year legal guarantee that the goods you buy are fit for the purpose they were sold for and match their published description. Greek consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994, as amended and consolidated under the transposition of the Sale of Goods Directive) provides the same 2-year guarantee period under Greek jurisdiction. The legal guarantee runs in parallel with — it does not replace — the VEGER POWER commercial warranty above: when the EU period is longer, you keep both remedies, and when the commercial warranty is longer, the same applies.

  • Right of repair — the seller fixes the defect at no cost within a reasonable time.
  • Right of replacement — if repair is not feasible or fails, the unit is replaced with an equivalent SKU.
  • Right of price reduction or termination — if neither repair nor replacement restores conformity, you can claim a price reduction or terminate the contract and claim a refund.
Register this product

Register your unit for verified support.

Submit these four fields alongside your contact details; the support team keeps the registration against your serial number so a future claim skips the back-and-forth on identifiers and moves straight to diagnosis.

  • Purchase date — read from the retailer invoice; lets us verify the warranty window.
  • Product SKU — picked from the current lineup, no manual entry needed.
  • Order reference (optional) — helps the support team cross-check the registration against your purchase.
Warranty registration form
Required fields are marked. We log the registration against your serial number inside one business day.

Optional. Helps us match the registration to your purchase if the support team needs to cross-check.
